Aquarium Trip
On the 2nd April, Beech and Maple class made the long trip to Bristol to visit the aquarium. Our topic last term was "Under the Sea" so we were looking forward to seeing all the exotic fish and sea creatures. We were given a guided tour of the Aquarium and were able to feed some of the fish. We really enjoyed this. We saw lots of different sea animals, and were mesmerised by the UV jellyfish! There was also an electric eel that was almost 2 metres long! We enjoyed looking into the different tanks, although we couldn't find the octopus! The tour guide said he must have been hiding! We also had the opportunity to feel real life shark teeth and shark eggs. We thought the teeth were really sharp and the eggs felt smooth! We were all so brilliantly behaved and loved every minute of our visit!
