We have another exciting topic planned for this term as we continue our ASDAN work. We will be learning all about the 'Wider World' and studying all about Japan through our story Kensuke's Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo. We will learning how to count to 10 in Japanese, basic Japanese words and making sushi. Linking with this will be another ASDAN module all about 'The Environment' and we will based in the horticulture area, we even hope to design our own Japanese Garden! In our RE we will be doing a research project about a person whose faith has inspired them to help others. We also have our residential trip to Woodlands in Glasbury this term for our Year 10 and 11's. We will continue to cook on a Monday, with a focus on meals they can cook at home. This is a really short but exciting term with lots of great learning opportunities.
